IS IT SCARY?
YES!!! Our Scare Maze attraction is designed with creating scares to visitors in mind.

DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
Yes to ensure capacity is safe and to reduce queueing times.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
We advise for you to arrive 5 or 10 minutes before your chosen time slot.

HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
All visitors must be 15+ to visit the attraction. However our scenes are aimed toward an 18+ audience. All visitors under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult.

I HAVE BEEN DRINKING, CAN I STILL GET INTO THE ATTRACTION?
If you appear to be intoxicated on arrival you will not be allowed into the attraction for safety and insurance reasons and no refund will be made.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is no on site parking, however there are 3 pay and display car park within 2 minutes walking distance of the attraction.

DO YOU HAVE TOILET FACILITIES?
No. Unfortunatley as the building is being renovated we cannot currently offer any toilet facilities. But your experience should last no more than 30 minutes excluding any queueing time and you are in a town centre with toilet facilities at other buildings close by.

HOW LONG DOES THE ATTRACTION LAST?
Some visitors are so scared that they go through literally as fast as they possibly can, others can get so scared that they freeze in fear but the average time it will take to make your way through the scare maze is approx 20 - 25 minutes but is all down to how scared you get.

HOW MUCH IS IT?
Earlybird tickets are priced at £12.50 up until the end of September, and will increase to £15 on 1st October.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPEN DATES AND TIMES?
We are open on Oct 28th, 29th, 31st & again on 11th & 12th November. Please be aware that extra dates may be added as demand determines. Keep an eye open for new dates being published.

WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GROUP SIZE?
We prefer to batch groups of 2 - 4 people to enter the Scare Maze at any one time. If there are more than 4 people in your party you may be split up to enter it. The attraction is designed for groups of no more than 4 people as any more than this going through at the same time could ruin the overall experience.
